Tha Madness of March

As we straddle the weekends with March Madness and a lovely bout of strep in the middle… Play has been a little slow here at Chez Maggie.  Being quite the sports nut, march madness is my favorite time of year for basketball.   I’m not a big fan of the NBA, but college basketball has always been fun to watch, but not really being a big fan of any team… I usually just soak it all in during march madness.   My boy, on the other hand, is a true blue Kentucky fan so we’ve had fun watching them claw their way through the tournament.   Unlike football season though, I don’t get the luxury of having him at my beck and call throughout the game.  I just couldn’t be THAT mean and I’m sure my boy would revolt.  Needless to say, I’m enjoying the crap out of watching Coach Calipari making all his nay sayers eat crow.  

Though we did manage to venture out last Saturday in hopes of finding some fun.  Initially, we planned to attend a play party we had head about, but after showing up realized it wasn’t our kind of people.  All dressed up, neither one of us was feeling like going home.  Throwing caution to the wind, we wound up at the local adult book store to check out the theatres.  Let me just say it was an experience.  Not sure I could say it was a good experience or a bad experience… but it was an experience.  All the wacky, wild things I’ve done in my life, adult theatres has never been one of them… and now it’s another thing I can cross off the list.   It wasn’t a night worth writing about and I’m not entirely sure it’s an experience worth repeating… but it was an interesting night to be sure.

Though, not to disappoint my readers too much…  yes we managed to salvage the night after meeting a sexy young couple who were feeling a bit adventurous for the night.  A rather tame night compared to many I’ve written about here, but sometimes a tame night with a sexy, wild minx can be just what the doctor ordered.
